Job openings have also been posted at career websites indicating open spots for store managers and "muses," what the company calls its sales associates, all but confirming a store is in the works. No official announcement has been made, and no opening date is available.
It is unclear if the Fountains location will be a regular Kate Spade retail store or if it will be an outlet store. Kate Spade New York was founded in 1993 as a handbag seller but now sells women's clothing, jewelry, shoes, and home goods. It operates over 140 shops across the country.
Additionally, a Bath & Body Works store also appears to be headed to the Fountains. The beauty products retailer has also filed permits with the City of El Paso to occupy a space at the center. No official announcement has been made.
