A Kate Spade New York store may be headed to the Fountains at Farah in East El Paso. Recently filed construction permits indicate a store will open up at the center. It will be its first location in the Sun City.
Job openings have also been posted at career websites indicating open spots for store managers and "muses," what the company calls its sales associates, all but confirming a store is in the works. No official announcement has been made, and no opening date is available.

P.F. Chang's Opens August 29th at 'Fountains'

Another restaurant option is opening soon at the Fountains at Farah in East El Paso. P.F. Chang's China Bistro will open in late August at the shopping center.
According to the restaurant chain's website, the grand opening is scheduled for August 29, 2016, on the Promenade level of the Fountains.

Bricktown Tap House, Candle Boutique Now Open at 'Fountains'

Two new additions to the Fountains at Farah lineup in East El Paso have now opened. Bricktown Tap House and The Candle Boutique both opened August 1, 2016, at the shopping center.
Bricktown Tap House & Kitchen has opened in the Promenade section of the Fountains, the Main Street-like lifestyle area of the center, adjacent to Chuy's Mexican Food.

Ruth's Chris Steak House Opens August 15th at 'Fountains'
El Paso's first Ruth's Chris Steak House location will open August 15, 2016, at the Fountains at Farah shopping center.
Ruth's Chris made the announcement on its website and will be open for dinner every day of the week, including major holidays.

Major I-10 Ramp Improvements at 'Fountains' Shown in Video

An upcoming Texas Department of Transportation project will reconfigure existing Interstate 10 ramps and add a braided ramp near the Fountains at Farah in East El Paso, and a new video shows what the improvements will look like once completed.
The freeway will also get auxiliary lanes between Viscount and Airway Boulevards, lanes that are created at an on ramp and must exit at the next off ramp.

P.F. Chang's, Mooyah Among Several New Tenants Heading to Fountains at Farah

The Fountains at Farah shopping center in East El Paso is seeing new retail and restaurant activity thanks to new tenants that have opened or will be coming soon, located along Gateway West between Viscount and Hawkins Boulevards.
On the horizon for the 600,000 square foot hybrid lifestyle/power center are multiple new eateries and a dessert shop. P.F. Chang's, Mooyah, and Ruth's Chris Steak House lead the list of upcoming dining options.

'Fountains' Announces Chuy's Mexican Restaurant Location
A Tex-Mex restaurant popular in central and east Texas's metros will open its first El Paso location in June. Chuy's Mexican Restaurant will have a location at the Fountains at Farah on the East Side.
According to a press release, the restaurant will include an Elvis Shrine, the La Chihuahua Bar with framed photos of dogs, a "school" of hand-carved wooden fish, metal palms trees, and a hubcap-covered ceiling.

West Elm Store Opens this Week at the Fountains at Farah
The largest tenant on the Promenade at the Fountains at Farah is scheduled to open this week. West Elm, a home furnishings and decor retailer, will open Thursday, October 16, 2014, at the East El Paso shopping center. Hours of operation have not yet been posted.
West Elm's 22,000 square foot store will have two levels, accessible from both the lifestyle Promenade area and the big-box Boulevard Shops upper section.

Nothing Bundt Cakes Next ‘Fountains’ Tenant
Two More Tenants Announce Expected Opening Dates at Center
A new tenant could bring specialty pastries to the Fountains at Farah in East El Paso, according to permits filed with the City. Nothing Bundt Cakes will open up a spot in the shopping center.
According to the retailer’s website (www.nothingbundtcakes.com), Nothing Bundt Cakes stores offer bundt cakes in an assortment of flavors such as Red Velvet, White Chocolate Raspberry, Carrot, and Lemon, among others.

Sleep Number Store to Open Shop in Promenade Section of East El Paso Center
Two new eateries have opened their doors at the Fountains at Farah, both in the Promenade lifestyle area of the East El Paso shopping center.
Kona Grill, a self-described “casually elegant” restaurant that serves award-winning sushi as well as American favorites with an international influence, opens to the public on Monday, June 22, 2014. It held invitation only events over the weekend to prepare for the official opening.
Two new eateries have opened their doors at the Fountains at Farah, both in the Promenade lifestyle area of the East El Paso shopping center.

Menchie's 'Fountains' Store to Have Friday Grand Opening
A new Menchie's frozen yogurt shop will open at the Fountains at Farah shopping center this Friday in East El Paso. It will be the third El Paso location for the chain.
The store will celebrate the opening by giving out free 16 ounce cups of frozen yogurt on Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Then, free frozen yogurt will be given out to students on Saturday, to kids on Sunday, and to military personnel and their families on Monday with valid ID, according to a press release.
Menchie's opened its first location in West El Paso in 2011 and opened a Far East Side location last year.
The third location, opening at the Fountains at Farah, is located on the eastern end of the Promenade section of the center, in front of La Madeleine Country French Cafe.

Two new eateries are the latest to open in the Promenade lifestyle section of the Fountains at Farah shopping center in East El Paso. La Madeleine Country French Café and Craze Yogurt Lounge have opened their doors at the center.
La Madeleine, a franchise venture of local businesspersons Paul Foster and Alejandra de la Vega Foster, specializes in fresh-baked baguettes, bold espressos, and delicate pastries. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

West Elm to Open at Fountains at Farah
A national home furnishings and décor chain will open a new location this fall at the Fountains at Farah shopping center in East El Paso. West Elm will open a 22,000 square foot space at the center, according to El Diario de El Paso.
The West Elm store will be located in the Promenade lifestyle section of the Fountains, and may occupy one of the two-story spaces near the middle of the center. West Elm is a subsidiary of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

New Menchie’s Location Coming Soon to ‘Fountains’
A popular frozen yogurt shop with two El Paso locations will soon open up its third, according to the company website. Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt will open up at the Fountains at Farah shopping center on the East Side.
Menchie’s opened its first Sun City location in 2011 at Sunland Towne Centre on the West Side, and opened an East Side location at Rojas Commons last year. The California based company has over 350 locations worldwide with another 350 in the works.
The East El Paso location made news recently when it was featured on an episode of “Undercover Boss” on CBS.

Retail Buzz: Grimaldi’s Pizzeria to Open at ‘Fountains’
A new eatery has been added to the lineup of the Fountains at Farah shopping center in East El Paso. Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, an Arizona-based pizza and calzone chain, will be located in the Promenade lifestyle section of the center.
It will be the 11th Texas location for the restaurant chain, which has a total of 32 locations throughout the United States.
“Our team searches the country for the best restaurant sites, and we’re excited about opening our eleventh location in Texas,” said Joey Ciolli, president and chief executive officer of Grimaldi's Pizzeria, in a press release.
