Ruth's Chris Steak House Opens August 15th at 'Fountains'

El Paso's first Ruth's Chris Steak House location will open August 15, 2016, at the Fountains at Farah shopping center.

Ruth's Chris made the announcement on its website and will be open for dinner every day of the week, including major holidays.

The Fountains location includes an outdoor patio that overlooks large swaths of El Paso and Juarez. It is adjacent to a recently opened Mooyah restaurant.

The restaurant chain is known for serving steaks on 500-degree plates and features a 3-course seasonal menu with prices starting at $44.95.

“We are excited to be part of the wonderful City of El Paso and look forward to serving our community,” said Eric Fike, General Manager of Ruth’s Chris Steak House El Paso.

Ruth's Chris has over 140 locations worldwide and was founded 50 years ago in New Orleans. The El Paso location will open for dinner at 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and at 4:30 on Sundays. It will also have a "Sizzle, Swizzle, Swirl" happy hour period Sunday through Friday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
