Eastside Crossings Now Open

El Paso’s first “mixed income” apartment project has been completed on the East Side of the city. Eastside Crossings, a project of the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso, completed and opened its final apartment building in July.

The complex includes 64 public housing units, 79 affordable housing units, and 45 market rate units. It is located to the north and east of the Zaragoza/Montwood intersection, along Loop 375.

Amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, a swimming pool, BBQ grills, walking trail, two covered playgrounds, and covered parking spaces.

Hunt Companies and Investment Builders partnered with the Housing Authority to complete the $22 million project.
