CF Jordan Construction will perform work currently in progress under the same name. Projects that began after August 8, 2013, will carry the new Jordan Foster Construction name. Longtime Paco Jordan partner Darren Woody will serve as President and CEO of Jordan Foster Construction.

Paul Foster is best known for founding Western Refining in 1997, but has more recently made large real estate investments in both downtown El Paso and in other parts of the city. Most notably are two large-scale projects: The expansion and renovation of the Mills Building downtown and the 55-acre Fountains at Farah shopping center on the east side. Foster owns multiple buildings downtown and donated the historic Luther Building to the City earlier this year.

“As I began making investments in the Mills Plaza District in downtown El Paso and then the Fountains at Farah lifestyle shopping center, I gained a great respect for the construction industry and became interested in that part of the building business," Foster explained in a press release announcing the new construction partnership.

CF Jordan Construction was formed in 1969 and has since completed more than $8 billion worth of construction. The company was recently ranked the 7th largest Multi-Family Contractor in the country by Engineering News Record.
