A T.J.Maxx/HomeGoods store will be joining the lineup and is expected to be one of the larger anchors for the 500,000 square foot retail center under construction at the corner of Desert North Boulevard and Paseo del Norte on the West Side.

According to City documents, the store will span 42,000 square feet.

In addition, Petsmart and Rack Room Shoes should also have new locations at the center, according to City permits, with 18,000 and 6,500 square foot stores, respectively.
