Redd Road Crossing is a 15-acre traditional shopping center planned for the corner of Desert South Boulevard and Redd Road which will include 118,700 square feet of leasable space, according to the developer's website.

The site plan shows no possible tenant names, but does indicate uses for certain structures in the shopping center. This includes a 42,000 square foot grocery store, a 16,000 square foot "junior anchor," and a 13,500 square foot pharmacy.
An artist's rendering of the shopping center from 2013 gives an idea of the general layout. Actual building sites have changed in the latest site plan.

As far as eateries, the plan also shows a 6,000 square foot restaurant and a 3,200 square foot coffee shop. The remaining square footage is labeled as leasable.

Redd Road Crossing will be located across Interstate 10 from a large shopping area that includes an Albertson's grocery store, a Starbucks coffee shop, and Kohl's department store, among smaller shops and eateries.

No construction start date or timeline is available on the River Oaks Properties website, the developer of Redd Road Crossing.
