See New Renderings of Savoy Apartment Loft Units Slated for Downtown El Paso

Construction is expected to begin soon on the Savoy Loft Apartments project in Downtown El Paso, and now an architect involved with the development has posted renderings of what the loft units may look like once completed.

The renderings show relatively narrow, modern spaces with historic touches such as exposed brick walls.

Contemporary lighting, wooden floors, and kitchen cabinets with clean lines add to the loft atmosphere. One image shows a true loft experience with a bed located just feet away from the kitchen sink.

The Savoy is named after the historic building which was built in 1915 and housed the Savoy Hotel, located at the corner of Overland Avenue and Stanton Street. The upper floors of the building will hold a total of 27 affordable units.
