The first El Paso CVS store has opened its doors at 201 N. Mesa Street in downtown. The national pharmacy chain opened the location on February 24, 2013.

CVS now occupies 11,000 square feet on the building's first floor. With 30,000 square feet total in the rehabbed building, the retailer is unsure how the remaining space will be used. CVS purchased the building in August of 2012.
